Cardiovascular and strength training combined in one class. Step interval utilizes the principles of work and recovery intervals, high- and low-impact aerobics, step aerobics and strength training. These workouts have something for everyone and is appropriate for all fitness levels. |

A dynamic and fun integrated strength training using dumbbells, exertubes, and body bars for all levels from beginner to advanced. This class focuses on form, technique, and execution to sculpt a strong, balanced and defined body. |

SCULPT WITH FITBALL
A total body multilevel weight training class done entirely on the fitball. Emphasis will be on postural alignment, increasing muscle tone, and balance between strength and stability. |

Combines calisthenics, yoga, and dance-based exercises to gain strength without building bulk. This class will teach you how to breathe and focus on the mind-body connection. |
