ERIK FLORIO
Erik has been a Certified Personal Trainer for 10 years and a fitness fanatic for over 20 years. He is currently Director of the Personal Training department at Scotts Valley Fitness Club. He has previously been certified with the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA) and is currently certified with the National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA). |

NANCY ALSIP
Nancy has been a Personal Trainer for 9 years. She is the Aerobics Director here at Scotts Valley Fitness Club where she teaches fitness classes as well as personal training. Nancy is a certified Personal Trainer with the National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA). |

MEGEN WALKER
Megen has a passion and excitement for fitness. She has more than 14 years of fitness industry experience and she has loved every minute of it. Megen is a Personal Trainer and teaches fitness classes as well. Megen is certified through the National Exercise Trainers Association and a Certified Fitness Instructor. |

REBECCA WIGET
Rebecca has been training for about 2 1/2 years. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA). She is also currently going to school working towards a business degree in hopes of eventually opening her own gym. |

CAROLYN DELUCIA
Carolyn has been a Certified Personal Trainer since October 2000. Her interest in health and physical fitness developed after the premature death of her mother in 1982. Prior to becoming a certified trainer she worked in the medical field. Her goal is to prevent disease and help people maintain their strength and independence throughout their lifetime. She has taken classes in emergency medicine, cardiology, anatomy, physiology and psychology. She is certified in CPR for healthcare professionals. |
